Motion Graphics E3: How to make Creative Colourful Flat Transition in Microsoft PowerPoint

Colour Pallet for this Flat Transition
I used Red, Orange, Gold, Light Black for the transition. Dark Blue was the slide background colour. White gives great readability on the screen when the background colour is Dark Blue, hence the text colour is white. Other than White, Orange and Gold also gives great readability on dark blue. Here is the image of colour pallet:You can use the eyedropper feature to pick colours from this image.
Shapes used in this Flat Transition Effect
The only shape used in this flat transition effect is rectangle.Fonts Used in this Flat Transition
No fonts were used in the transition effect, but if you came here after watching the YouTube video, the fonts used in slide content is Tw Cen MT for Title and Copperplate Gothic Light for subtitle; both of these are part of basic Windows font pack.Animations used in this Flat Transition Effect
The only animation used is Spin Effect (Quarter Spin) in both clockwise and counter clockwise directions respectively for up and down motion of the rectangles.PPT File for this Flat Transition Effect

Documentation
Step 1:
Get your content ready on the slide.Step 2:
Draw a half slide size rectangle on the slide from top covering the slide. Fill it will the first last colour. A lighter shade of the slide background colour is recommended.Step 3:
Create a duplicate copy of the rectangle by pressing ctrl + d on keyboard. Now, increase the length of the rectangle in right hand side so that it’s size become 1.25X of original. Place the duplicated rectangle next to the end of original rectangle in right hand side.Step 4:
Select the original rectangle and duplicate copy and press ctrl + g on keyboard to form a group.WHY THIS?
This will move the anchor point from middle of the rectangle to the middle of formed group.Step 5:
It’s time to animate the group. Select the group and add spin animation from emphasis. Change the amount to quarter spin and direction to clockwise. In timing pane change the start to after previous, duration to 0.75 sec and delay to 0 sec.Step 6:
Now create a duplicate copy of the group by pressing ctrl + d on your keyboard. Move it below to the current group, such that it covers the remaining portion of the slide.Step 7:
Go to effect options from animation tab by selecting the second group. Change the direction to counter clockwise and let the amount to be quarter spin. From timings, change the start to with previous. Don’t change either timing or delay.Note: The animation of last colour is done. You can check it out by pressing F5 on your keyboard. Make sure both the rectangles are moving together.
Step 8:
Again create a duplicate copy of the first group by clicking ctrl + d on your keyboard. Change the colour to second last colour. Place it exactly above the first group.Step 9:
Go to effect options from animation tab by selecting the new group. Let the direction to clockwise and amount to be quarter spin. In timings, let the start be with previous. Increase the delay to .20 sec without changing the duration of 1 sec.Step 10:
Create a duplicate copy of the new group by clicking ctrl + d on your keyboard. Move it below to the current group, such that it covers the remaining portion of the slide.Step 11:
Go to effect options from animation tab by selecting the duplicated group. Change the direction to counter clockwise and let the amount to be quarter spin. In timings, let the start be with previous. Don’t change either the timing or delay.Note: Animation of second last group is done. You can check it out by pressing F5 on your keyboard.
Step12:
